Trinity Alliance began as a Sunday School class at Neighborhood Church of Redding in 1990. Our first church service was held in March of 1991 on a Saturday night at Neighborhood. We moved to Pacheco School in October of 1991, then to Redding Adventist Academy in March of 1994, and finally to our current location in May of 2000. Our founding pastor was Mark Swanson, who lead us well, with a strong focus on God’s Word, for nearly 20 years. Pastor Dave Leppard was called in 2011 and was a passionate visionary who drew us into deeper relationships and a vision to expand our facilities. One Sunday afternoon in May of 2016, Dave was suddenly taken home to Jesus. Though tragic, God was faithful in comforting and leading us through the mourning and loss. Most recently, Pastor Shawn Van De Mark was called in August of 2017 to serve as our 3rd pastor. He has a passion for relationships and is currently leading us to more fully enjoy our relationship with Jesus. For more than 25 years Pastor Bob Baker has served as our associate pastor. He has worked alongside all three of our lead pastors using his diverse set of gifts to support them in caring for our church. God has blessed us tremendously throughout almost 30 years of our existence as a church. Not only with a beautiful 30 acre campus, and a history of strong leadership, but also with an extremely loving and friendly family of believers who call Trinity their home. Each one of us are striving to love Jesus, each other and our neighbors.
